Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 business days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted if the quality of the printing is poor, which is defined as a significant difference between the image on the site and the actual received product, or if the item was damaged by the delivery carrier. Refunds are only allowed on returns that were previously approved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@feelthedream.shop and provide detailed photos of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for reasons other than poor printing quality or damage caused by the delivery carrier. Returns for other reasons, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted. Refunds are only issued for returns that were pre-approved.
